Applications
Silicone Oils/Fluids find application as ingredients of Mould Release Agents, Lubricating Compositions, Defoamers & Antifoams, Cosmetic & Pharmaceutical preparations, Polishes and Cleaning preparations. They are also used as Damping Fluids in Dash Pots, Meter & Gauges and Shock absorbers. Due to their high di-electric strength and thermal resistance they are used as a Dielectric coolant and for impregnation of Power Tubes, Power Supplies, High Power Test Antenna, Transformers, Capacitors, Heat Transfer Applications and Surface Coating Applications.
