De-foaming in Fermentation, Maceration & Mixing process, Antibiotic production and Ampoule/ bottle filling operations etc. The industrial applications include de-foaming in Edible oil processing, production of Paint, Varnish, Ink, Adhesives, Soaps, Cosmetics, Rubber latex items etc. It is also used in the petroleum industry as an anti-foam in the production of Lubricants, Petroleum pitch and in Gas scrubbing process. Other applications are de-foaming in Chemical processing, Asphalt manufacturing, Paper manufacturing and Textile processing.
