Afra^® Anti-spatter Fluid is a water-based, ready to use, silicone free, release preparation which prevents adhesion of spatter on workpieces, fixtures, nozzles and surrounding equipment. It is also a nozzle maintenance aid, which prevents accumulation of spatter on nozzles and tips of welding torches.  Such build-up of spatter can lead to poor gas coverage and result in poor welds.  The regular use of Afra® Anti-spatter Fluid greatly improves weld quality and eliminates the need for chiselling and grinding activities on welded articles and substrates.
