Aerol® Contact Grease is a soft, buttery textured lubricating preparation based on semi-synthetic fluids. It is applied on electrical and electronic contacts usually made of metal alloys, copper, silver, and brass. Aerol® SH Grease is a fully synthetic, non-melt, high-performance grease, based on synthetic hydrocarbon with solid lubricants having good compatibility with most plastics and excellent water wash-out resistance. It meets the requirements for incidental food contact.
Suited for lubrication of plastic to plastic, plastic to metal, and metal-to-metal substrates in automobiles, toys, home, and kitchen appliances, etc. Lubrication of automotive HVAC components and cables, control cables. Lubrication of components and gears in audio and video player mechanisms and machinery in food-related manufacturing facilities.
Aerol® WR Grease is a mixed lithium calcium soap, high-performance grease designed for superior lubrication, corrosion protection, and excellent water wash-out resistance in many automotive and industrial applications. It is used for the lubrication of moderate to low-speed bearings, machinery, and components under heavy loads and under frequent water exposure in humid conditions. Aerol® Heat Sink Compound, is a thermally conductive, non-curing, non-drying Silicone paste. It is used for maintaining a positive heat-sink seal that improves heat transfer from the electrical/electronic component/device to the heat sink or chassis, thereby increasing the overall efficiency of the component/device.
Generally used as a thermal coupling of electrical/electronic devices to heat sinks such as base or mounting studs of transistors, diodes, and rectifiers.
Also used as a non-flammable coating for fly-back transformer connections in TV chassis and similar applications.
Aerol® Non-Melt Grease is a high-performance synthetic oil/mineral oil-based grease, containing molybdenum disulfide for plain and anti-friction bearings, metal-to-metal contacting substrates involving slow to medium fast movements and light to heavy loaded conditions, particularly at high temperatures. Useful for conveyor bearings, oven chains, kiln oven castors, oven bearings, high-temperature exhaust fan/blower, soot blower bearings, oven damper controls, and furnace door hinges.
