Aerol® Dye Penetrant Test Spray is available as a 3-part system for quick and easy visual detection of flaws and cracks. Each set consists of a Penetrant Spray, a Cleaner Spray, and a Developer Spray. The Cleaner is a powerful, quick-drying, designed to clean/degrease the substrate and also to remove the excess penetrant.   • Meets RDSO Specification No. M&C/NDT/105/2001 for Indian Railways.
  • Sulphur content, Chlorine, and fluorine content are below 0.1% (on residue) and below 25ppm in compliance with the prescribed standards mentioned above.
  • Non-corrosive to most metals.
  • Meets requirements of Sensitivity Level #2 as per ISO 3452. Passes Ni-Cr Panel test of 30 & 50 microns.
  • CFC free. Does not contain ozone-depleting substances.
