It is used to cool machine parts, electrical circuits and components, including on the spot testing in dentistry. It also replaces an ice pack used for providing relief during an injury. In electronics it used for locating thermal intermittent electrical components and cooling printed circuit boards. It has a pleasant mint smell and provides a rapid cooling action.
