Aerol® Contact Grease is a soft, buttery textured lubricating preparation based on semi-synthetic fluids. Aerol® Semi-synthetic Fluid is an ISO VG 68 Semi-synthetic lubricating Fluid that is mildly hazy, straw in color, and free from solid lubricants. This oil has superior wetting and penetrating properties due to which it has excellent adhesion to most metal surfaces including stainless steel, brass, etc.
All kinds of sliding surfaces of machinery and components locks, hinges, and components made of brass, stainless steel, etc.
Aerol® Silicone Grease (non-soap thickened) is a firm, smooth, translucent gel-like, non-melting, lubricant, and release/separation agent. Silicone Grease is commonly used to lubricate plastic and rubber components due to its excellent compatibility. It works as a seal cum lubricant on rubber O-rings and rubber articles and keeps them soft and flexible during storage and use. It is also used to lubricate automotive control cables due to its non-drying nature and excellence in lubricating metals vs plastic/rubber. Being non-toxic it is used in the food, beverage, hospital, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries to lubricate equipment, components, and conveying systems and as an anti-size on threaded connections, where incidental food or human contact is unavoidable.
Aerol® HTMP Grease is a low-cost, multi-purpose grease, based on lithium soap with solid lubricants designed for heavy-duty industrial use in all plain bearings and machine elements operating over a wide temperature range. Beneficial to all surfaces exposed to heavy sliding and rubbing. Effective in permanent mold casting of aluminum and as a plunger lubricant in aluminum and copper die casting. Used on extrusion dies, die assemblies, dummy blocks, shear blades, and hot billet ends. Also used between leaf springs of motor vehicles.
Aerol® 303, Assembly Paste is a low friction, metal pre-treatment assembly aid in paste form and contains a high concentration of Molybdenum disulfide and other specialty solid lubricants.
